--runs_directory
Directory containing all the run directories. (default value: PARAMETER_VALUE)
--dataframe_path
Path for the output dataframe. (default value: PARAMETER_VALUE)
--embedding_subdirectory
Name of embeddings subdirectory. (default value: PARAMETER_VALUE)
